Ladder Recruiting Group Appoints New VP of Sales & Marketing

Ladder Recruiting Group, LLC, today announced the appointment of Peter Gutwald as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In this newly created role, Gutwald will help shape the company's sales and marketing strategy and lead key account management.

Jennifer Foss, founder and president of Ladder Recruiting Group, said the move will position the company to continue delivering optimal service to current clients, and enable exploration of strategic, complementary markets.

Prior to joining Ladder Recruiting Group, Gutwald served as Director of Sales for VideoSurveillance.com/AlphaCard Systems, sister companies that specialize in online sales of security systems and related technology. He also has more than a decade of experience in regional sales management for Bose Corporation.

Company founder Jennifer Foss said the redesigned site aligns well with the company's overall focus.

The site was designed by Creative Communications Group (c2group.com), a Detroit based web-based graphic design and marketing firm.

Ladder Recruiting Group Opens West Coast Office

In an effort to better serve its growing U.S. client base, Ladder Recruiting Group, LLC has opened a second office in Portland, OR.

Jennifer Foss, company founder and president, said the move will provide Ladder Recruiting Group more consistent access to and face time with clients and candidates, and foster growth into emerging market sectors.

"We're excited to be growing in spite of the extremely competitive marketplace," said Foss. "Having physical presence in both the Midwest and West Coast enhances our ability to serve both job seekers and those needing support with critical hires."

Foss plans to lead the West Coast operation while senior recruiter Alisa Hill will serve as general manager of the Troy, MI location.
