Controls Design Leader/Electrical Engineering Manager

Leading manufacturer/integrator of automated packaging and material handling systems seeks a seasoned controls design engineering leader/manager.

A critical position for this thriving firm, the selected candidate will lead a team of controls engineers to ensure successful design and development of controls systems and subsystems for multiple simultaneous projects according to established design standards/practices.

Ideal candidate will possess:

• 5-7 years experience in the design-build manufacturing environment as a controls engineer
• Management responsibilities (project management experience desires)
• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Prior work experience within robotics, packaging machinery or capital equipment industries
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs
• Ability to thrive as both a leader and technical engineer
