Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Thriving automation integrator located in Northern Michigan seeks a seasoned mechanical design engineer with experience developing custom automation systems/machinery.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years+ experience working as a mechanical design engineer/designer within the robotics, capital equipment, systems integration or related field.

Solidworks experience is strongly preferred, but will consider candidates with custom automation design experience using other 3-D software packages.

Experience within the welding, assembly or material handling sectors is desirable.

$60K-80K base, plus company incentive plan. Local candidates preferred, but relocation is available for an excellent candidate desiring to live in Northern Michigan.
