Ladder Recruiting Group, LLC today launched a redesigned website with a bold, streamlined look and additional functionality.

In addition to a fresh, contemporary design, the new site offers:

• Comprehensive, real-time job opportunities listings
• Simple form to contact Ladder Recruiting Group and/or apply for positions
• Upcoming e-newsletter providing tips on strategic job searching, industry trends, etc.

Company founder Jennifer Foss said the redesigned site aligns well with the company's overall focus.

"We like to think that we're smart, focused on the elements that matter, and easy to work with," she said. "I wanted to make sure our website was all of those things as well." 

The site was designed by Creative Communications Group (c2group.com), a Detroit based web-based graphic design and marketing firm.

In an effort to better serve its growing U.S. client base, Ladder Recruiting Group, LLC has opened a second office in Portland, OR.

Jennifer Foss, company founder and president, said the move will provide Ladder Recruiting Group more consistent access to and face time with clients and candidates, and foster growth into emerging market sectors.

"We're excited to be growing in spite of the extremely competitive marketplace," said Foss. "Having physical presence in both the Midwest and West Coast enhances our ability to serve both job seekers and those needing support with critical hires."

Foss plans to lead the West Coast operation while senior recruiter Alisa Hill will serve as general manager of the Troy, MI location.
