Major robotics systems manufacturer looking for sales manager with expertise in packaging automation systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced robotics sales manager or sales engineer who has worked within the automated packaging, palletizing or material handling sectors. Candidate must have a track record of success managing a geographic or account based sales territory, and be comfortable working from a home office with frequent travel.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Six to eight years automation sales related experience.
- Territorial sales experience from a field location with a minimum of two years "in territory" experience.
- Candidates living within the stated territory are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Considered more a "hunter" than a "farmer"; position involves development of new clients as well as servicing existing clients.
