Jennifer Foss, President

Jennifer Foss, founder of Ladder Recruiting Group, has 15 years of progressive marketing and sales experience with manufacturing, engineering and consumer goods related firms.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Michigan State University, and a Master of Science in Management from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan.

Prior to entering the field of recruiting, Jennifer worked for FANUC Robotics America, Inc., ArvinMeritor, Inc., and the POM Group, a company that specializes in direct metal deposition (a fancy technology that allows you to make parts out of powdered metal). She has also worked as a journalist, and within the consumer goods industry.

Thanks to this experience, Jennifer “gets it.” She gets what her customers need, she gets how to find the superstars, and she’s adamant that her recruiters “get it,” too.

 

Peter Gutwald, Vice President

Peter Gutwald, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Ladder Recruiting Group, has more than 20 years' sales and marketing experience within the retail and technology sectors. Prior to joining Ladder Recruiting Group in September 2011, Peter served as Director of Sales for VideoSurveillance.com and  AlphaCard Systems, sister companies that specialize in security related technology products.

He also served in several sales and sales leadership positions with Bose Corporation.

Peter has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Marylhurst University in Portland, Oregon.

Peter brings to Ladder Recruiting Group an extensive track record in technology-based sales, e-commerce and leveraging online tools to improve business processes and performance.

 

 

Alisa Hill, Senior Recruiter

Alisa Hill, Senior Recruiter at Ladder Recruiting Group, has nearly 20 years' experience in  retail, human resource, and service industries.  In her tenure with Ladder Recruiting, she has also developed a firm understanding of the automation and capital equipment markets.

Alisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Merchandising Management from Michigan State University.

Prior to joining Ladder Recruiting Group in 2007, Alisa spent much of her career in a variety of retail management positions.  She has managed for several major retail companies including Bombay Company, Winkelman's, and Dayton Hudson Corporation (now Macy's).  In all management assignments, she has proven to be a top performer in improved sales volume, shrink reduction, and staff retention.

In addition to management success in the retail industry, Alisa has proven herself invaluable to Ladder through her skill in Internet sourcing, database management, and online research.
